Production & Fulfillment
Production and Fulfillment
Our Role
MASTERBEE LTD (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”) acts as the Merchant of Record for transactions made on the pdwow.com website (the “Site”). This means that the Company accepts customer orders and payments and is the contractual counterparty for the purchase.
However, the Company does not manufacture, stock, or ship physical products. All physical items are produced and delivered by independent third-party fulfilment partners, and the Company’s role is limited to offering products for sale and arranging fulfilment on the customer’s behalf.
All physical products offered on the Site are made available exclusively on a made-to-order (print-on-demand or on-demand production) basis. Physical items are manufactured only after an order has been placed and accepted.
When you place an order on the Site, the Company accepts your order and payment and then submits a production and delivery request to the relevant third-party fulfilment partner in order to manufacture and ship the product you selected.
No Retail Store, Warehouse, or Manufacturing Facilities
The Company is not a physical goods retailer in the traditional sense and does not operate a brick-and-mortar store.
In particular:
- the Company does not own or operate warehouses;
- the Company does not manufacture or assemble physical products;
- the Company does not hold inventory or stock finished goods.
The Company’s role is limited to offering products for sale, accepting orders and payments, and arranging fulfilment by placing orders with independent third-party fulfilment partners.
Production, Fulfilment, and Delivery
All manufacturing, printing (where applicable), packaging, and shipping of physical products are performed by independent third-party fulfilment partners using their own facilities, equipment, and logistics networks.
In practice:
- fulfilment partners manufacture items in accordance with the specifications selected by the customer at checkout;
- fulfilment partners package and dispatch orders through their own logistics and carrier networks;
- the Company does not physically handle, store, or ship physical products.
Fulfilment partners act in their own name and are responsible for the production and logistics stages of order execution, subject to applicable law and the Company’s customer-facing policies.
Customer Experience and Responsibility
While manufacturing and delivery are performed by third parties, the Company remains responsible for:
- operating the Site and checkout process;
- pricing, product listings, and order confirmation;
- customer communications and customer support;
- handling customer requests in accordance with the Terms & Conditions, Refund & Returns Policy, and applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this section is intended to limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.
