License Types & Usage Rights

We offer three licensing tiers to suit different needs—from personal enjoyment to full-scale commercial production. See below to understand what each license includes:

Personal Graphic Work License

Ideal for: individuals, hobbyists, collectors, and interior decorators.

You can:

• Use the image for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Print it for home decor, gifts, or digital avatars.

• Download and store the file for your own use.

You cannot:

• Resell, share, or distribute the graphic.

• Use it in any product or service that earns money.

One-time, non-transferable use for private enjoyment.

Commercial Graphic Work License

Ideal for: small businesses, content creators, and marketing projects.

You can:

• Use the image in digital media: websites, social ads, apps, blogs, e-books, and email marketing.

• Print up to 10,000 physical copies: on packaging, stationery, posters, merchandise, etc.

• Use in point-of-sale or local advertising (flyers, billboards, store signage).

You cannot:

• Exceed 10,000 printed units.

• Transfer or sublicense the design.

Perfect for growing brands and online shops.

Enterprise Graphic Work License

Ideal for: large brands, agencies, TV production, B2B, and mass-market use.

You can:

• Use the image in film, TV, ads, video series, and broadcasts of any size.

• Print and distribute with no limit on volume.

• Sublicense the image as part of a broader project or collaboration.

• Use in franchise, mass production, or global brand work.

Full commercial freedom. No audience size or copy limits.

Additional Information

Restrictions That Apply to All Licenses

Regardless of which license you purchase, the following uses are not permitted:

• Modifying or editing the graphic works.

• Using images in any context that could be considered offensive, defamatory, political, pornographic, or illegal.

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the files as downloadable content or part of a searchable content gallery.

• Using the graphic work as a trademark, logo, or official brand identity unless otherwise licensed.

• Falsely claiming authorship of the work.

These rules apply to protect both the artwork and you as a user from unintended legal complications.

Legal Notes

• Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.

• The Personal License is a single-seat license, meaning only one person (you) may use the downloaded content.

• If you are using the licensed content on behalf of a company or team, make sure you’ve chosen the Commercial or Enterprise license accordingly.

Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

All artwork is provided “as is” with no warranties for specific commercial outcomes. While the company guarantees the right to license and use the content as outlined, it does not take responsibility for:

• How you choose to use the artwork.

• Any indirect damages or losses related to your use of the content.

• Errors resulting from modifications to the artwork.

Arbitration & Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Estonia, and any legal disputes shall be resolved via arbitration in accordance with the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ECCI), unless specific exceptions apply (e.g., copyright claims, emergency injunctions).

Taxes

Please note that product prices do not include VAT or other applicable taxes. You are responsible for any tax requirements based on your location.
