Licence Types — What’s Included
When you purchase artwork on our site, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the design.
The type of licence you choose at checkout determines how you may use the artwork and in what quantity.
Uses not expressly allowed under your licence are not permitted.
Personal Licence
For personal use only
This licence is for private, non-commercial use.
You may use the artwork:
- for personal prints or home décor;
- on personal items (such as clothing or accessories);
- for private gifts.
Not allowed under this licence:
- any business or commercial use;
- selling or reselling products with the artwork;
- producing items for sale in any quantity;
- advertising, promotion, or branding;
- mass production or print runs;
- use as a logo or brand identifier;
- sublicensing, transferring, or redistributing the artwork.
Production for sale is not permitted at all under a Personal Licence.
Commercial Licence
For business and professional use
This licence is intended for commercial projects and small to medium businesses.
You may use the artwork:
- on websites, social media, and marketing materials;
- on packaging and printed products;
- in products offered for sale.
Production limit:
- up to 10,000 physical items in total.
Important restrictions:
- the licence is non-exclusive;
- the artwork may not be used as a logo or trademark;
- the artwork itself may not be resold or redistributed as a file or standalone asset;
- sublicensing or transfer is not allowed unless expressly stated.
Enterprise Licence
For large-scale commercial use
This licence is designed for brands, agencies, and large organisations.
It allows:
- large-scale commercial use across multiple channels;
- mass production and long-term projects.
Production limit:
- no fixed limit on the number of physical items, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Depending on the specific licence selected, it may also allow:
- use by multiple teams or clients;
- sublicensing or extended rights, where expressly stated.
Please note:
- the licence remains non-exclusive;
- ownership of the artwork does not transfer.
General Licence Restrictions (Apply to All Licences)
Regardless of the licence type, you may not:
- claim ownership of the artwork or designs;
- use the artwork as a logo, trademark, or brand identifier (unless expressly permitted);
- redistribute, sell, or share the artwork files themselves;
- use the artwork in unlawful, misleading, or deceptive ways;
- imply endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with any brand or rights holder;
- use the artwork in pornographic, defamatory, or illegal content.
All rights not expressly granted remain with the Company or its licensors.
Important Note
The licence type you select at checkout forms part of your order and defines your permitted use.
